Bishop Joshua spoke about the importance of the Fast of Daniel. He explained that whoever participates in these 21 days will benefit in the short term but even more in the long term. The effects will last. He spoke about how we are all cast down by injustice, hard times, and painful situations but how those problems never conquer those who have the Holy Spirit because God’s Spirit strengthens them. We are clay vessels, he explained, that can easily be broken, but when the Holy Spirit is in us, our vessels will not break when squeezed and put under stress. God is the living fountain that gives life to those filled with the Holy Spirit. He ended by saying that if you’re wondering whether or not to take part in the 21 days, do so, and the Holy Spirit will lead, save, and strengthen you.
