Bishop Joshua held this special service in a Southern Texas prison. Bishop began with a deliverance prayer and explained that some prisoners are released. Still, because they are not spiritually free, they end up right back in prison after a short time. Only when you are spiritually free will you also be free outside in the world. After the deliverance prayer, Bishop explained that Nathaniel asked if anything good could come out of Nazareth. Phillip told him, Come and see.” In the same way, he continued, many ask if anything good can come out of the Hobby Unit. But you will see God’s power when you give your life to Jesus. “God doesn’t care about a person’s past. He cares about their sincerity.” We were allowed to serve the Lord’s Supper for the first time in Hobby. Many lives were transformed.
